Instructions for Use: Allow dal to thaw overnight in the refrigerator at a safe, constant temperature between 1 to 4 degree Celsius. Place the dal into a stock pot and heat the stock pot on low to medium setting. Stirring frequently. Remove when dal has thinned out and shows the first sign of boiling.
