Ingredients

Tomato, Onion, Capsicum, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Refined Sunflower Oil, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Black Pepper, Salt, Water.

Regeneration / Reheating Instructions

From Frozen

Microwave:

  1. Transfer the frozen gravy into a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Cover with a lid.

  3. Heat on High for 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway, until hot and well mixed.

Stovetop:

  1. Place the frozen Kadhai Gravy in a pan.

  2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of water if required.

  3. Heat on medium flame for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until evenly heated.


From Thawed (Refrigerated)

Microwave: Heat on High for 2–3 minutes.
Stovetop: Heat on medium flame for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Serving Suggestion

Use as a base for paneer, chicken, mixed vegetables, or soya kadhai dishes. Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
