Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Cashew Paste, Cream, Butter, Refined Sunflower Oil, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Salt, Sugar, Water.
Regeneration / Reheating Instructions
From Frozen
Microwave:
Transfer the frozen gravy to a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover with a lid.
Heat on High for 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway, until smooth and hot.
Stovetop:
Place the frozen Shahi Gravy in a pan.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of water or a little cream if required.
Heat on medium flame for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until evenly heated.
From Thawed (Refrigerated)
Microwave: Heat on High for 2–3 minutes.
Stovetop: Heat on medium flame for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving Suggestion
Use as a base for paneer, vegetables, kofta, or kebab-style dishes. Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
